Folienwerk Wolfen GmbH was one of the first film manufacturers to co-extrude APET and GPET materials to one film. GAG films combine the advantages of both PET types in one film: the cover layers made of GPET ensure that the surface is well suited for printing, sealing and hot-sealing. GAG film is also optimally suited for use with solvent-containing adhesives. Its inner core layer of A-PET - which normally contains an eliment of recycled material ensures the film mechnical stability and low permeability for gas and ensures the moderate price of this film type.
